Mac Os X Software Update Download Location
If you’re ever in this boat, all you need to do is visit Apple.com’s Software Updates site and you can manually download any of the available software updates as package files; iTunes, Aperature, Mac OS X, firmware updates, security fixes, any update Apple releases is available for download.
The <blahs> appear to be some hash of either the computer or the software being downloaded. Try the following:
Open a Terminal
sudo find /private -name ' SomePartOfTheDriverNameYouAreLookingFor' -print
then sudo cd <the directory shown above>
Note I don't see /private in finder because of the permissions on it (hence the need for sudo above).
Also note, I had one directory in <blah> named -Cache- which is tricky to cd into because the leading - is perceived as an argument to cd, so I just cd into the entire directory path instead.
Finally, be wary doing things as root (sudo) as you can end up damaging your OS (so don't go around removing files you are not sure about)

Selecting 'Close' will disable the notification, at least for a short time. Some users report the alert reappears upon unlocking iPhone or when visiting Notification Center. Apple has not commented on the issue, though it is assumed that current beta versions include a faulty expiration date.
The problem has been sporadic over the past weeks, but seemingly increased in intensity today.

Beta testers faced an identical situation in 2018 with iOS 12 beta variants. That issue was caused by an apparent coding error that assigned an incorrect expiration date to then-current betas. Reading the expiry date as valid, the operating system would automatically prompt users to download a newer version.
With the iOS 12 beta, users found a workaround by disabling automatic time settings and rolling back their handset's internal clock. Whether the drastic technique works with iOS 14 beta's bug is unknown.
